Book a private tour and walk the campus. You’ll leave with a clear picture of what your child’s week could look like.
A school built around your child — small classes, specialist Cambridge teachers, and a campus that lives inside the community you already call home.
About us
Lexel International School is built around three commitments: specialist Cambridge teaching, classes capped at 25 students, and a campus that sits inside the community families already live in. The result is a school where every child is known by name, and where learning extends past the classroom into the township itself.

With over 50 years of experience, Taylor’s Education Group has grown to become one of Malaysia’s most trusted private education providers. A family-owned organisation for more than two decades, Taylor’s legacy began with the founding of Taylor’s College in 1969 and has expanded to include Taylor’s University, now ranked among the top private universities in Southeast Asia. Today, the Group serves over 33,000 students and has nurtured a community of more than 100,000 alumni whose lives reflect its dedication to educational excellence.
Beyond higher education, the Group also operates a growing portfolio of six international schools across Malaysia and Singapore, known for academic rigour, student wellbeing and state-of-the-art campuses, and the highly regarded British University Vietnam, which has further strengthened ties to UK curricula and university pathways.

It is backed by long-term planning and a sustainable education model that gives families the confidence that their children can grow with us from early years through to secondary school.

All Lexel teachers train and mentor through the School of Education at Taylor’s University, so Cambridge content is delivered with proven international practice and current research — tailored for our local context.
Backing Lexel is Taylor’s Education Group — fifty years of Malaysian education, from Taylor’s University and its School of Education to a network of international schools across the region.
The Taylor’s pathway
Lexel students can progress directly into Taylor’s College and Taylor’s University after IGCSE — a clear, supported route from Year 1 to undergraduate study, with one accountable institution behind it.
Lexel campuses are built inside master-planned townships such as Gamuda Gardens. Students share resort-style sports facilities, nature trails, and community spaces with the families who already live there — so every fee dollar funds teaching, technology, and the school experience itself.
All Lexel teachers receive ongoing training and mentorship through the School of Education at Taylor’s University. This partnership ensures that our teaching is grounded in proven international practices, supported by current research, and tailored to meet both global standards and local contexts.
As education evolves, Lexel makes use of AI-supported tools to personalise learning, support teachers and enhance communication between school and home. These technologies are used thoughtfully and with purpose — always as a complement to, not a replacement for, the teacher’s role in the classroom.
About us

We provide a strong academic foundation by delivering the Cambridge curriculum in a way that goes beyond rote learning. Students develop subject mastery alongside critical thinking, enquiry, and problem-solving skills. Lessons are designed to spark curiosity and promote real understanding.
Every learner is recognised as an individual. Through enquiry-based and project-based learning, as well as thoughtfully integrated technology, students are encouraged to take ownership of their learning. AI-supported platforms allow us to tailor the pace and depth of instruction to each student’s strengths, needs, and goals.
We foster a culture where students are encouraged to aim high, not through pressure, but through meaningful challenges, reflective practice, and clear personal goals. Excellence at Lexel is defined by progress, integrity, and effort, not just results. Our teachers are committed to supporting each learner’s journey with professional care and high standards.
