Transport, meals, communication — the practical things that make the school day work for your family.
Supporting Families
From daily transport and meals to regular communication and progress updates, we ensure every family feels supported and informed throughout their Lexel journey.

We understand that not every family is able to drop off and pick up their child daily. To support working parents and those living farther away, Lexel offers a private bus service. Tell admissions where you live — we can confirm whether your address is covered and share the schedule.

Breakfast and lunch are pre-ordered through a weekly online form. Menus rotate Asian, Western, and vegetarian options. Allergies and dietary needs are flagged on the order so the kitchen knows before service. Children eat together in a supervised dining hall — mixed-year seating builds school-wide community.

We are developing our after-school programme based on family needs — register your interest when you enrol so we can shape it around what your family actually needs.

Families receive weekly learning updates and regular progress reports through our central communication platform. Formal parent-teacher conferences twice a year, plus periodic school forums for broader community engagement. Parents can schedule appointments with teachers or leadership via the school office.
