Role Summary

The Marketing & Admissions leader plays a critical role in driving student enrolment through strategic marketing, process excellence, and community engagement. This position demands exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills to oversee the admissions pipeline, ensure a seamless process for prospective families, and align strategies with the school’s mission and vision.

Key Expectations

Marketing & Branding Leadership

  • Brand Strategy & Management. Localise and execute group brand and marketing strategy through campus-specific initiatives to promote the school’s mission and value proposition.
  • Digital Marketing. Localise and execute strategy on digital presence, social media platforms, and digital campaigns including the school website.
  • Collaboration. Work closely with creative teams to design high-quality admissions materials, including brochures, prospectuses, promotional videos and presentations.
  • Target Markets. Identify and develop strategies for emerging student recruitment markets in collaboration with leadership.

Admissions Leadership

  • School Tours. Conduct and lead school tours with prospective parents, with a focus on customer-centric excellence.
  • Strategic Enrolment Planning. Develop and refine an admissions strategy to achieve and surpass enrolment targets.
  • Admissions Pipeline Management. Lead and oversee the entire admissions pipeline, from a potential lead to enrolment.
  • Internal Alignment. Collaborate with academic team to ensure all admissions align with the school’s academic policies.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making. Implement forecasting and data analysis tools to track trends and optimise strategy.
  • Reporting. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on enrolment trends and campaign outcomes.

Community Engagement

  • Family Engagement. Provide clear, professional, and empathetic communication to prospective and current families.
