Role Summary
The Operations Manager is a strategic and operational leader responsible for establishing and ensuring smooth, efficient, and effective operational support across the school campus. This role involves managing key operational areas such as ICT Systems, Facilities, Risk Management, and Outsourced Services.
Key Expectations
Strategic Leadership & School Setup
- •Lead the operational planning and execution of all activities related to the establishment of the new school campus.
- •Provide strategic input into the design of facilities and operational workflows to ensure smooth functionality and scalability.
- •Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the safety and security of students, staff, and visitors.
- •Develop and implement operational policies and procedures aligned with regulatory requirements.
Facilities Management
- •Supervise the construction, furnishing, and equipping of the new facility to meet international standards.
- •Ensure all facilities are safe, functional, and ready for use. Enforce health and safety policies in compliance with local regulations.
- •Oversee the allocation and utilisation of resources to ensure operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
ICT Systems & Processes
- •Ensure all ICT systems and processes are fit for purpose, efficient, and aligned with operational needs.
- •Develop a robust ICT infrastructure that supports academic and operational excellence.
- •Drive improvements in internal processes through technology and systems optimisation.
Procurement
- •Implement TEG procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective and timely acquisition of goods and services.
